Members / Medal Times

Sheets for booking tee times are available in the club shop to members up to 11 days in advance. Times can either be booked in person or by telephone.

Saturday Medal times are available for booking on Tuesday of the previous week. The times are colour coded. On the Tuesday, the WHITE times can be booked by any member from 4pm and any member can put down their own name and up to three other names in the same time slot; the YELLOW times can be booked from 6pm and any member can put down their own name and up to three other names in the same time slot; the BLUE times can be booked from 6pm but members can put down ONLY their own name. On Tuesdays, the YELLOW and BLUE time slots are available only to members who are working. On other days, they are available to everyone.

If members after booking a Saturday Medal time find subsequently that they are unable to play, they are asked to remove their name from the booking sheet as soon as possible to allow others to take their place. Any cancellations after 6pm on Friday will require an explanation.

Members are also requested to print their names clearly on the booking sheet.
